Welcome to Eat Your Feelings, where therapy meets treats and every emotion deserves dessert. I'm Gail, a psychologist turned home baker who learned everything I know about baking from my grandmas, Ruth and Evie. They taught me that you bake to show your love — and that a warm oven and a full heart can fix just about anything.
Now I channel that same love (and a healthy dose of humor) into every cookie, bar, and cake I make. Because feelings are complicated — but dessert shouldn't be. So whether you're celebrating something sweet, navigating something sticky, or just need a snack that gets you, Eat Your Feelings is here to help you process it all — one bite at a time.
I started experimenting with gluten free baking when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac. I wasn't about to let her miss out on the joy of a really good cookie, so I made it my mission to create gluten free treats that taste just as indulgent as the originals. Around here, dessert doesn't need gluten to hit the sweet spot — just a little love, patience, and maybe some emotional support frosting.
